The only remark I make is the lack of a water fountain. Not even the gym room has a water fountain. Guests are forced to buy a bottles of water at the reception. It’s been the first hotel I visited without access to a water fountain. As far as I know, at least the room dedicated to the gym must have one. There was no cable TV available for the major media outlets such as CNN and FOX.

We stayed in the suites section of this hotel. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable.The hallway is well lit. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and new! If you love Korean food and boba tea, this is the perfect hotel. You are literally next to the Korean Spa and within walking distance of Korean food and more. We will be back.

The manager Lisa Patel and the new girl she was training went above and beyond as far as customer service. We had a small issue when arrived but they took care of right away. Was new and modern style. Slept like a baby. I defiantly will stay again in future.

Excellent room, so spacious, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Everything well prepared. Waffles and maple syrup were top quality! Definitely will return.

I’ve stayed here several times. Close to events and great hotel. Staff is wonderful! Clean, big rooms. Good breakfast too!
